About Me

My name is Nancy Moses-Bennett (picture on left).  My colleague, Maureen Bowers ( picture on right)  and I are ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) Certified Speech-Language Pathologists.  I received my B.A. in Speech Pathology from St John's University in New York in 1980.  I received my M.A. from New York University in New York City in 1982. I have 40 years of experience in the field in a variety of geriatric and pediatric settings including nursing homes, assisted living, outpatient rehab clinics, schools, early intervention and home care.

I have been responsible for assessing and establishing treatment plans for people with a wide variety of communication disorders. I have worked with Flagler County Schools as a Speech-Language Pathologist for 20 years and am currently working in an elementary school in Palm Coast Florida. I contract my services to various outpatient clinics in the community. I am now available for consultation with agencies or individuals to provide support for caregivers by establishing communication, home maintenance, or language stimulation/enrichment programs for adults or children. I am available for virtual therapy as well as virtual consultation.

I work with people with communication deficits by teaching caregivers how to include them in activities. I can help you modify activities and games, which can greatly improve their quality of life.
